What's the refund policy?

Session Pass is not refundable after it's being activated (which means starting date is confirmed) , however it may be transferred to other student account before the 4-consecutive-week session pass is

How to enroll?

To enroll in a BridgeKinder® Homework Help Online Session please follow these simple steps:

  1. Sign up if you are not yet a site member
  2. Fill out New Student Registration form and submit it
  3. Purchase a session pass
  4. Confirm starting date with BridgeKinder® Customer Care.

Are all the kids in one class at the same grade level?

It depends. We try our best to make it happen that students in the group are all at the same grade level, from the same school districts; however, to get a student on track earlier is most important becasue intraction among students is minor during the session, so it does happen that a group of students are from different grade levels.

What grades do you offer Homework Help Online service to?

Kindergarten to Grade 8.

Is the homework help session concentrate on one academic subject only?

NO, a student can take all their homework problems from all their subjects to the session. However, the homework tutor will have student ask questions in turn. It's always recommended that a student paying attention to the interaction between the tutor and their classmates to learn more.
