Since 2010, CITA has been on a smooth ride collaborating with all types of educational and non-educational businesses and finding work opportunities for our educators until the whole world got hit in 2020 by COVID-19, which was when we realized in the hard way that we educators shall put more control of our financial and professional stake in our own hands, and we definitely are capable of doing it as teachers make great entrepreneurs!

Instead of passively waiting for opportunities to come, we are making steps forward and creating them by ourselves by adopting an entrepreneurial mindset, which is when FOUNDERSON™ was proudly founded by the California International Teachers Association.
